CB&I Moves In For 5 250 sq m

Leading global engineering, procurement and construction comany CB & I has signed a 10 years lease for 5 250 sq m of space at Spielberk Office Centre. The move will take place in December this year, and the company will add 450 employees to its pproximately 13 000 global workforce. CB & I will consolidate three offices into what will become its main Brno engineering centre - to be located on the 1st and 2nd floors of two IQ buildings. CB & I stated they chose Speilber because of CTP's experience, the park's flexibility, efficiency and wide range of on-site services. The company also retains the possibility for future expansion providing peace of mind should more space be required.
